This policy explains what information T Sea G collects through TSeaGCruise.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
T Sea G is an event organized by Ever Events, LLC. Cruise bookings are made through Atlas & Ever, LLC, an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc.
Right now this website does one thing: it tells you about T Sea G and lets you join our email list. We keep this policy short because there isn't much to explain.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address, and any other details you choose to enter in the form (such as your name or which trading card games you play). You don't have to give us anything — signing up is voluntary.
Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which collects standard technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and which pages you viewed. Squarespace uses cookies for this. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work.
We do not collect payment information on this website. If and when bookings open, payment will be handled through the cruise line's and our host agency's systems, not here.

We use the automatic technical information to understand how many people visit the site and how they found it, so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Who else handles your information
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf:
Squarespace — hosts the website and the sign-up form
Zapier — passes sign-up form submissions to our email platform
Mailchimp (Intuit) — stores our email list and sends our emails
Google Workspace — our business email
Each of these has its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
Unsubscribing. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you're removed. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@tseagcruise.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
If you are in California, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
If you are in the EU or UK, we process your email address on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing. You also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Technical website data is retained according to Squarespace's own retention practices.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us their information, email info@tseagcruise.com and we will delete it.
Trading card games are enjoyed by people of all ages, but our email list is intended for adults who may book travel.
Security
We use reputable service providers and rely on their security measures. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we'll tell our email subscribers.
