This policy explains what information we collect through TSeaGCruise.com and our booking process, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.
Who we are
Two companies are involved in T Sea G, and each handles different information:
Ever Events, LLC organizes T Sea G and runs this website, our email list, and our onboard programming.
Atlas & Ever, LLC is the independent travel advisor (affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc.) that makes your cruise reservation with Royal Caribbean.
In this policy, "we" and "us" mean both companies. Contact either one at info@tseagcruise.com.
What we collect
When you join our email list. Your email address, plus anything else you choose to enter in the sign-up form, such as your name or which games you play.
When you submit a booking request. Our booking form collects:
The primary traveler's name, as it appears on their ID
Email address
Number of guests in the cabin
Cabin type and bed configuration preferences
Whether you'd like prepaid gratuities or a payment plan
Any notes you add
When you complete the client intake form. After the booking form, you're taken to a secure intake form hosted by Fora Travel, Inc., our host agency. That form collects traveler details (such as names, dates of birth, contact information, and citizenship for each guest) and billing information. That information is collected and stored on Fora's platform, not on this website. Fora's own privacy policy also applies to it.
We do not collect credit card numbers or passport numbers through this website or our booking form.
When you contact us. Whatever you include in your email, message, or call.
Automatically, when you visit the site. Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which collects standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed. Squarespace uses cookies for this. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How we use it
To make and manage your reservation — confirming availability, sending quotes, booking your stateroom with Royal Caribbean, processing your deposit and payment plan, and handling changes or cancellations
To run T Sea G — event communications, programming sign-ups, contests, and onboard logistics for booked guests
To send news and updates to email subscribers
To tailor our emails to you — for example, once you've booked, we stop sending you booking promotions and send guest updates instead
To answer you when you contact us
To understand how people find and use the site, so we can improve it
To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Who we share it with
To book your cruise:
Royal Caribbean International — receives the guest information needed to create and operate your reservation. Royal Caribbean's privacy policy governs how it uses that information.
Fora Travel, Inc. — our host agency, which hosts the client intake form, stores payment details, and processes booking transactions.
Service providers that process information on our behalf:
Squarespace — website hosting and the email sign-up form
Jotform — our booking request form
Google Workspace — business email and the spreadsheets we use to track booking requests
Zapier — passes sign-up form submissions to our email platform
Mailchimp (Intuit) — our email list and email sending
Each has its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our guests.
Your choices
Unsubscribing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us and we'll remove you. If you have booked, we'll still send messages about your reservation — payment reminders, documents, and important changes — because they're part of your booking.
Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@tseagcruise.com. Some booking records must be kept for legal, tax, and travel-industry recordkeeping even after a deletion request; we'll tell you if that applies.
If you are in California, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we collect, to request correction or deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
If you are in the EU or UK, we process your email address on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing. We process booking information because it is necessary to arrange the travel you requested. You also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
How long we keep it
Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it
Booking records: for as long as needed to complete your trip, and afterward for the period required for legal, tax, and travel-industry recordkeeping
Website technical data: according to Squarespace's own retention practices
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. Our email list is intended for adults who may book travel.
Families are welcome on T Sea G. When a parent or guardian books a cabin that includes a minor, they provide that child's information, and we use it only to make and manage the reservation and to run the event. If you believe a child has given us information directly, email info@tseagcruise.com and we will delete it.
Photos and video at the event
Photos, video, and contest submissions from T Sea G programming are covered by our Terms & Conditions, including how to opt out of appearing in our marketing.
Security
We use reputable service providers and rely on their security measures, and payment details are held on Fora's platform rather than ours. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we'll tell our email subscribers and booked guests.
