T Sea G — Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 9/14/2026

These terms apply to the T Sea G group sailing aboard Royal Caribbean's Utopia of the Seas, departing Port Canaveral in January 2028.

T Sea G is an event organized by Ever Events, LLC. Cruise bookings are made through Atlas & Ever, LLC, an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc.

By booking a stateroom in the T Sea G group, you agree to these terms.

1. What T Sea G is

T Sea G is an independently organized group experience aboard a regularly scheduled Royal Caribbean sailing. We are not the cruise line. We have not chartered the ship, and Utopia of the Seas carries many guests who are not part of our group.

Two sets of terms apply to your trip:

  • Royal Caribbean's Cruise Ticket Contract governs the cruise itself — your stateroom, the voyage, the itinerary, and onboard services. Royal Caribbean's terms take precedence in all matters relating to the cruise.

  • These terms cover T Sea G's own programming and your participation in it.

2. Booking through T Sea G is required

Access to T Sea G's private venues and programming is only available to guests booked in the official T Sea G group through Atlas & Ever.

You may book this sailing independently through any channel you like, but doing so does not grant access to T Sea G spaces, events, or activities. We cannot always add outside bookings to our group after the fact. If you have already booked, contact us and we'll tell you whether it can be moved.

3. How booking works

We do not offer instant online booking. To book:

  1. Complete the T Sea G booking request form

  2. We confirm availability and send your quote

  3. You review, confirm, and pay your deposit

  4. Your reservation is created with Royal Caribbean and confirmed to you in writing

Your place in the queue is set by the time your booking request form is submitted, not by when we reply.

Your booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us and your deposit has been received.

4. Rates and what's included

Rates quoted are per person based on double occupancy and include your stateroom, standard onboard meals, and entertainment. Rates do not include gratuities, beverage packages, specialty dining, shore excursions, Wi-Fi, spa services, or anything else purchased onboard.

Third and fourth guests in a stateroom are charged at reduced rates. Not all staterooms accommodate more than two guests.

There is no separate T Sea G event fee. Everything we run onboard is included for guests booked in the group.

Rates are not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed and deposited.

5. Deposits and payment

  • Deposit: $200 per cabin, due at booking

  • Final payment: due November 3, 2027 (75 days before sailing)

  • Bookings made after the final payment date require payment in full

If final payment is not received by the due date, Royal Caribbean may cancel your reservation and cancellation penalties will apply.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations are governed by Royal Caribbean's standard cancellation policy for this sailing. We do not impose additional cancellation penalties of our own.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ben.sohl@fora.travel. Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your written request.

We strongly recommend travel insurance. See section 8.

7. Name changes, transfers, and stateroom changes

Name changes, guest substitutions, and stateroom category changes are subject to Royal Caribbean's policies, fees, and availability at the time of the request. Submit all requests in writing to ben.sohl@fora.travel

At least one original guest must remain on the reservation. The lead guest on a booking cannot be changed.

8. Travel insurance

Travel insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. You are booking a long way in advance, payments become non-refundable over time, and standard policies may cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical care, and baggage.

Note that valuable collectibles are generally not covered by travel insurance. If you are bringing cards of significant value, check whether your homeowner's, renter's, or specialty collectibles coverage applies away from home.

We can provide travel insurance options on request.

9. Travel documents

You are responsible for having correct documentation. For this closed-loop sailing, U.S. citizens generally require either a valid passport or an original birth certificate plus government-issued photo ID. Non-U.S. citizens may require a passport and visas.

Guests without correct documentation will be denied boarding, and no refund will be issued. Requirements can change; verify yours before you travel.

10. T Sea G programming

Our programming is provided at no additional cost to group guests and is offered on a best-efforts basis.

  • Programming, schedules, venues, and hours are subject to change. Onboard venue availability is controlled by Royal Caribbean and may change for operational reasons.

  • Some events have limited capacity. Certain events may require advance sign-up or be limited by venue size. We will communicate this in advance where we can.

  • Guest appearances are not guaranteed. Any creators, artists, or special guests we announce may cancel for reasons outside our control. No refund or compensation is due if an announced guest does not attend.

  • Prizes, giveaways, and contests are subject to their own published rules. Prizes have no cash value and are not transferable unless stated.

  • Participation in tournaments, contests, and activities is voluntary.

T Sea G programming is a supplement to your cruise, not the product you have purchased from Royal Caribbean.

11. Trading, buying, selling, and your cards

T Sea G does not take custody of guests' cards or collectibles at any time. We do not hold, store, transport, insure, or authenticate anyone's property.

  • Trades and transactions between guests are entirely between those guests. T Sea G is not a party to them, does not verify condition, authenticity, or value, and will not mediate or resolve disputes.

  • You are responsible for the security of your own property, including use of your stateroom safe. Neither T Sea G nor Royal Caribbean is responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Royal Caribbean prohibits unauthorized selling or vending onboard. Do not attempt to sell merchandise or operate as a vendor on the ship.

  • Trade at your own discretion. We recommend trading in public, in our scheduled venues, during scheduled hours.

12. Code of conduct

T Sea G is a community event for all ages. By attending you agree to:

  • Treat other guests, creators, staff, and ship crew with respect

  • Follow all instructions from ship crew and T Sea G staff

  • Comply with Royal Caribbean's onboard rules and policies

  • Not engage in harassment, intimidation, theft, fraud, or misrepresentation of cards or products

  • Not disrupt scheduled programming

We may remove any guest from T Sea G programming, without refund, for conduct we consider harmful to other guests or to the event. Removal from T Sea G programming does not affect your cruise booking, which remains governed by Royal Caribbean, who separately reserve the right to disembark guests for violations of their policies.

13. Guests under 18

Minors are welcome and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who remains responsible for their supervision at all times, including during T Sea G programming. T Sea G does not provide childcare or supervision. Some events may have age requirements, which we will state in advance.

14. Photography, video, and media

T Sea G programming takes place in group spaces where photography and video recording occur.

By attending, you grant Ever Events, LLC permission to photograph and record you, and to use those images and recordings — including material you submit to contests — in T Sea G promotional and marketing materials, in any medium, without compensation.

If you prefer not to appear in our marketing, notify us in writing at [CONTACT EMAIL] before sailing and we will make reasonable efforts to exclude you.

Guests may take personal photos and video. Please be considerate of others, and do not photograph another guest's cards or collection without permission.

15. Health and accessibility

You should be medically and physically fit to travel. Onboard medical facilities are limited. Royal Caribbean's health policies apply, including restrictions on advanced pregnancy.

If you need accommodations to participate in T Sea G programming, contact us in advance and we will do what we reasonably can.

16. Changes outside our control

Royal Caribbean may change the itinerary, substitute ports, alter venue availability, or cancel the sailing for weather, mechanical, operational, or other reasons. Compensation in those circumstances is governed by Royal Caribbean's Cruise Ticket Contract.

If the sailing is cancelled or significantly altered, T Sea G programming may be reduced, relocated, or cancelled. We cannot offer refunds or compensation for changes to your cruise, as we are not the cruise line.

17. No affiliation with game publishers

T Sea G is an independent event. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or any other trading card game publisher. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Royal Caribbean is not a sponsor of T Sea G and is not affiliated with it beyond our authorized group booking relationship.

18. Liability

Participation in T Sea G programming is voluntary and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ever Events, LLC and Atlas & Ever, LLC are not liable for personal injury, illness, death, loss of or damage to property, delay, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation in T Sea G programming or from your cruise.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

19. Seller of travel disclosures

Fora is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel Registration No. ST43973. Independent Sales Agent Registration No. [TI NUMBER].

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your booking. Material changes will be communicated to booked guests.
