HOW DID WE GET HERE?
Like a lot of good ideas, T Sea G started with a pretty simple thought:
Why doesn’t this exist?
Trading card games have built an incredible community. We travel to conventions, card shows, tournaments, shops, and events to collect, play, trade, and spend time with people who love the same things we do.
And as a travel advisor who happens to be part of that community, I couldn’t stop thinking about what would happen if we took all of that and put it on a cruise ship.
Not only a tournament that happens to be on a ship. Not a card show at sea. A real vacation built around the TCG community, with original programming, opportunities to collect and play, plenty of ridiculous fun, and time to actually enjoy being on vacation. That idea became T Sea G.
In January 2028, we’re bringing the community together aboard Royal Caribbean’s Utopia of the Seas© for four nights to Collect, Connect, Play, Create, and Celebrate.
Meet Ben
Hi! I’m Ben, the guy behind T Sea G.
By day, I’m a professional travel advisor and co-owner of Atlas & Ever, where I plan everything from cruises and theme park vacations to bucket-list trips around the world.
Outside of travel, I’m also a collector. My love for the hobby goes way back. I grew up playing the Game Boy games, collecting cards, and trading with friends at school. Like it does for a lot of us, the hobby eventually faded into the background as I got older.
Then, about two years ago, it found me again. What started as a wave of nostalgia quickly became something much more. I rediscovered the fun of collecting, but I also discovered a community of people who share the same excitement, stories, and connection to the hobby. It reminded me that TCGs have always been about more than the cards themselves.
T Sea G is where those two parts of my world collide.
I wanted to create the kind of TCG event I would genuinely want to attend, but I also wanted it to feel like an actual vacation. You shouldn’t have to choose between spending the afternoon playing cards and disappearing to the pool. Your partner who doesn't collect should be just as excited to come. Your family should have an incredible trip even if they never attend a single T Sea G event.
My job as a travel advisor is obsessing over the details so my clients don't have to. I’m bringing that same approach to T Sea G, only this time with significantly more shiny cardboard involved.

T Sea G may have started by combining two things we love, but the goal is much bigger: create a place where this community can vacation together.
